Artharee has a diverse career in the private and public sectors. Artharee’s past positions include working in sales and marketing for a Fortune 500 company; president of one of Oregon’s oldest and largest minority-owned firms; serving on the cabinet of two Oregon governors; deputy director of the development commission for the City of Portland; and formerly Regional Director with Providence Health and Sevices Oregon.
